You can purchase a package of test credits from within your account. 

First, navigate to the test credit purchase screen. 

  1. Click on your "Account" at the top right of your screen.
  2. Click on "Purchase credits" within the drop-down menu. 

Next, select the credit package.

Lastly, fill in your credit card information and then click "Purchase Credits".

Once you have successfully submitted the form, the amount of credits will be automatically added to the total number of "Credits Remaining", if any, on your account.

If any reports were "locked" due to your account having a zero credit balance, simply navigate to the report and follow the on-screen instructions to unlock your report.
