If you would like to purchase a package of test credits with a credit card, you can do so within your account. If you would like to purchase with check or ACH instead, please reach out to support@hiresuccess.com, and we'll set you up.
Purchase test credits with a credit card
First, click on the web app's color circle at the top right of the screen.
Then, Click on Account Settings
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Purchase a package of testing credits."
If you do not see the option to purchase a package of testing credits, please reach out to support@hiresuccess.com. Your account most likely isn't set up to purchase test credits, and we'll need to add the ability to your account.
If you see "Purchase a package of testing credits," but it is greyed out and unclickable, this means you are not an account admin. You'll need to either reach out to an account admin on the account or reach out to support@hiresuccess.com.
Next, select the credit package that you would like to purchase.
Lastly, fill in your credit card information and click "Purchase Credits."
Once you have successfully submitted the form, the number of credits will automatically be added to the total "Credits Remaining" number on your account.
If any reports were "locked" due to your account having a zero credit balance, simply navigate to the report and follow the on-screen instructions to unlock your report.
