The baseline comparison report brings up a list of all the campaign's applicants, sorted in order of their total score based on the Baseline you have open.
Note: Before you can use the baseline comparison report, you must create a baseline, and your campaign must use the personality profile.
To view the baseline comparison report:
Click "Campaigns" in the navigation bar
Choose the campaign you'd like to view from the list.
Click the "Campaign Analytics" button and choose "Baseline Comparison Report" from the drop-down menu.
This report gives you information on each applicant and shows how close they are to the baseline you have open.
From here, you can click "Copy" to save the information to your clipboard (to paste into an email, for example), or click "CSV" to download the data as a CSV spreadsheet.
